- 01 Intervention Design for Misinformation The mechanism that concentrated platform power drew the most resistance; the ones that distributed agency were trusted. Three moderation mechanisms for X, designed from front-end surface to back-end policy and tested with five users in think-aloud sessions (HCDE 598, University of Washington).
- 02 DubsBooks: Reimagining the Textbook Purchase Process Students weren't frustrated with the bookstore. They were frustrated with everything around it. A two-quarter capstone with the University Book Store, bridging course registration and textbook purchasing through mixed-methods research and service design.
